DropVera Terms of Service

Independent driver-assistance service

DropVera, operated by DropVera LLC, is an independent driver-assistance product. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by DoorDash, Uber, Instacart, Walmart, Grubhub, or another delivery platform unless DropVera expressly announces a formal relationship.

Estimates, not guarantees

DropVera scores, wait times, drop-off estimates, operating-cost estimates, earnings calculations and community reports are informational estimates. They may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Drivers remain responsible for deciding whether to accept work, driving safely, operating and maintaining their vehicle, taxes, insurance, and compliance with third-party platform agreements and applicable law.

Safe use

Do not interact with DropVera in a way that distracts you while driving. Use the app only when it is safe and lawful to do so.

Community rules

Submit only good-faith, firsthand information relevant to delivery operations. Do not submit harassment, threats, discriminatory content, fabricated reports, customer names, unit numbers, gate codes, phone numbers, email addresses, order identifiers, private-residence profiles, or other unnecessary personal information. DropVera may hide content, investigate reports, limit community contribution, or suspend abusive use.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for activity through your account. You may delete your DropVera account from the app or the web deletion portal.

Subscriptions

If DropVera enables paid subscriptions, purchase, renewal, cancellation and refund handling will follow the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play billing rules and the terms shown at purchase. DropVera may use RevenueCat to synchronize subscription entitlements and support purchase restoration.
